you can cancel the order up until construction completion for a full refund. Once the wallet is finished you can cancel the order for a 50% refund. Once the wallet has been shipped there are no refunds or returns. This does not apply to quality control. If you receive your wallet and there is damage or a serious issue, I will always offer a full refund or fix/replace the wallet.
